Indian Railway opens GSA office in Dhaka

DHAKA: Indian Railway on Wednesday opened General Sales Agent (GSA) office in Dhaka for Bangladeshi tourists for offering advanced tickets for a hassle-free journey to India.

Galaxy Travel International, a tour operator has been appointed as GSA of Indian Railway in Bangladesh for offering tickets to the travelers at a price as same as that in the Indian counters.

Harsh Vardhan Shringla, Indian High Commissioner to Bangladesh and Additional Member Traffic of Indian Railway Board Ambrish Kumar Gupta jointly declared the official launching of Indian Railway GSA at Galaxy Travel International office in the capital.

Abdul Matlub Ahmad, President of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) and founder president of the India-Bangladesh chamber of Commerce Industry and Taufiq Uddin Ahmed, Chairman of Galaxy Travel International were present on this occasion.
